One may not reach the dawn save by the path of the night. Germaine Greer I have walked the road you are currently on but I am in the unique position that I have the tools to lead you through these dark days and out into the light. I started my education in 1996 when I took a basic psychology course at a college in New Town, Pennsylvania. I was hooked. I then found myself living and working in London for a few years and eventually settled on enrolling for a BSc in psychology through the Open University. I studied diligently for 4 years, from 2000 until 2004 when a friend suggested I see a psychotherapist that she had been to as her experience had been so profound. I went for a few sessions and realized that all the theory I had been learning was much more practically applied through psychotherapy and hypnotherapy. I signed up for a course in 2004 and qualified at the end of the year. |
